Installation problem with avcodec_thread_init (Bug #1598)

Description

Hi,

I'm installing opencv-2.3.1 and I'm having problems when the library is compiled in particular when cap_ffmpeg.o object is built. I have installed ffmpeg version 0.10. My problem is that i get the following error:

cap_ffmpeg_impl.hpp:494: error: ‘avcodec_thread_init’ was not declared in this scope

I've checked header file avcodec.h looking for this function and it's true that 'avcodec_thread_init' is not defined there anymore since it's been deprecated as it says here: http://ffmpeg.org/pipermail/ffmpeg-devel/2011-February/103341.html.

Should I install a previous version of ffmpeg to meake it work with opencv-2.3.1 or I'm missing something?

there it can be seen that avcodec_thread_init(AVCodecContext *s, int thread_count); has been eliminated from the avcodec.h version of Fri, 27 Jan 2012 10:38:34 +0100 (10:38 +0100).

OpenCV trunk is compiled successfully with FFMPEG 0.10.
