Backslashes in URLs are break links on documentation page (Bug #991)

Description

On the page http://opencv.willowgarage.com/documentation/cpp/index.html
the "Namespace cv and Function Naming" link is broken in browsers other than Firefox (in particular, I can confirm that Chromium has this problem). This is because all browsers other than Firefox convert the backslash to a forward slash, and the result is a nonexistent page. To solve this issue, it the backslash needs to be escaped with %5C. Also, the braces should be escaped as well. See comments 12 and 14 on
