Bayer color conversion dosen't support any other type than CV_8U (Bug #929)

Description
According to documentation ( http://opencv.willowgarage.com/documentation/cpp/imgproc_miscellaneous_image_transformations.html#cvtColor ), the cvtColor function should support various types of data. But with code = CV_BAYERGB2RGB, it supports only CV_8U.
In order to fix the bug, I would prefer to fix the code, not the documentation :).
