Description

When configuring the OpenCV project with extra modules, I've got several errors:

1. Module rgbd was disabled because of missing dependency module opencv_contrib
That has been solved by removing opencv_contrib from the module definition.

2. Then I've got several compilation errors of samples/odometry_evaluation.cpp and test/test_normal.cpp, caused by missing definition of cv::TickMeter.

Quick analysis of the problem shows, that the definition of that class was removed from the OpenCV sources.
I could restore it and make a pull request, but I'd like to know, if that was done by intent, and where should it go now.

Sorry, typo in repo name, opencv_extra should read as opencv_contrib.
