Description
This tutorial should have information about previous definition of command argument (in this case,- picture):
http://docs.opencv.org/trunk/doc/tutorials/introduction/windows_visual_studio_image_watch/windows_visual_studio_image_watch.html
Otherwise it will not work: "when the breakpoint is hit, the program is paused and Visual Studio displays a yellow instruction pointer at the breakpoint".
