Hi,

after a fresh install ..
In order to compile opencv2.4.9 (git pull 2013-01-08) with cuda5.0.36 on macosx10.8.6 using cmake2.8.8 I had to patch a little.
Find patch attached.

I would set Bugfix, since it resolves some problem. BTW, don't we want to see it in 2.4.4 release?
