Description

Please, look at the commented tests in features2d/test/test_rotation_and_scale_invariance.cpp.
ORB shows low scale invariance (especially descriptor), FREAK shows low rotation and scale invariance (maybe I use it wrong).
We have to check that there are no bugs in the algorithms.
