Description
Autotools (./configure) is totally broken. It should be either fixed OR removed!
3rdparty libs like flann are missing in libraries as built by autotools. This is not an option in configure script.
The lib versioning, as stated in another bug, is also wrong.
Remove the broken configure script or people (e.g. sysadmins, distro builders) use it and install broken libs.

yes, autotools support is removed now, so the report is obsolete now.
