Debug build on MacOSX doesn't create binary files (Bug #3540)

Description
When I try to compile OpenCV with -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug as soon as the compilation process has finished there are no any executables (tests, examples) in ./bin (actually even bin directory doesn't exist)

Tested on Mac OS X 10.9.4 (13" 2013 MacBook Air) against branch "master". Binaries created in bin directory. Could not reproduce bug.
