OpenCV based application crashes on cvQueryFrame over FileCapture (Bug #2853)

Description
Whenever I open an AVI file and I ask for the first frame, my application crashes. The issue is not present using OpenCV 2.3.1.
Platform: OpenCV (GIT version) 64 bit, Windows 8 64 bit.
