Request: OpenCV 2.1 - Please generate source archives (tar,7zip, ..) for the release on win32 and win64 -- in addition to installer (Feature #239)

Description

When integrating OpenCV into a thirdparty application, it is more convenient to build from scratch using CMake and the source that corresponds to the release. The OpenCV 2.0 win32 release required that you run an installer to get to the source code. It would be nice if source code archives were created for both linux & windows.
