CalcPGH is another obsolete function that I would recommend to get rid of in the Python bindings

Our research group is very interested in using the calcPGH function from within Python. Has the functionality of calcPGH been moved to another function? The PGH algorithm itself is certainly not obsolete, so I'm not sure why it would otherwise not be made available in the wrappers.
