Description
To release all resources when using AVT cameras (cap_pvapi.cpp) command PvUnInitialize() is missing at CvCaptureCAM_PvAPI::close().

Thanks for your report, but the patch can not be applied as is. It does not handle the situation when several cameras are used simultaneously.
