Wrong paths in OpenCVConfig.cmake within ROS-diamondback (Feature #1248)

Description

After installing ROS diamondback the /opt/ros/diamondback/stacks/vision_opencv/opencv2/opencv/share/opencv/OpenCVConfig.cmake package included vision_opencv stack holds wrong path for the include directories and libraries.
The paths are pointing into /tmp/...

The OpenCV works fine with ros but if someone likes to use the installed version with his own CMakeList.txt and FIND_PACKAGE( OpenCV REQUIRED ) statement he/she will run into troubles.
