need to map functionality to samples (Feature #680)

Description

For a new opencv user, there has to be an easy way of finding if there is an example of usage for a specific functionality. As a suggestion: for each module list all samples that use functionality of this module.

This is why I suggest to move module-specific samples to the module itself, like the documentation and tests.

There has been an update linking all existing examples to the correct function in the documentation. We should enforce this for all new examples. But I think this one is done in this bug report:
