Description

The default value for the parameter 'anchor' (-1,-1) is correct in the method interface but wrong in the parameter description below (there it says(-1,1))

Thanks for making this bug report. I have made a quick fix with a pull request : https://github.com/Itseez/opencv/pull/1251.
