Description

I had a complaint from a user that run cmake, and the subsequent compilation failed. The reason was a missing codec, and cmake had duly noted this, but the output was somewhere in the middle of the long list of cmake outputs. Can cmake be more verbose -- like if necessary dependencies for highgui are not found, finish the output by mentioning this and giving an advice for installation?

The output of CMake is not very long actually, but we can probably make it cleaner a bit and may be add a short summary; need to discuss that sometimes closer to 2.4.4/2.5
