Document at http://docs.opencv.org/doc/tutorials/introduction/windows_install/windows_install.html#windows-installation.
1) In the section "Installation by using the pre-built libraries", the naming convention for VS versions does not exist at the referenced link.
2) In the section "Installation by making your own libraries from the source files", the link http://code.opencv.org/svn/opencv/tags/2.4.2 is incorrect.
The combination of these two errors makes it impossible to do a Windows install.
