Description
NDK r8 is OK but r8b is not.
It says "Configuring incomplete, errors occurred!"

OpenCV 2.4.2 does not support building with NDK r8b.
NDK r8b support is already pushed into OpenCV master and will be backported for upcoming OpenCV 2.4.3 release.
