build cheatsheet and upload it to docs.opencv.org (Feature #2341)
Description
the documentation builder in OpenCV buildbot should take opencv/docs/cheatsheet.tex, copy it to the CMake build directory, run "pdflatex cheatsheet.tex" and upload the produced cheatsheet.pdf to docs.opencv.org, so that it can be referenced from the web easily.
