The parameter descriptions under morphologyEx do not explain what the:
kernel or anchor is.

The documentation for all the morphology functions is mostly lacking in this.

In the samples code, getStructuringElement is used instead of createMorphologyFilter and yet morphologyEx, erode, dilate do not mention this function in "See also:"
