gemm signature has 'gamma' but not documented (Bug #2162)

Description

The parameters in the C++ and Python cv2 describe a double gamma, but the rest of the gemm documentation seems to refer to this parameter as 'beta'

I do think looking at the formulas this is a typo that got around. It should be beta since the functionality doesn't even use a gamma parameter to weigh src3.
