Description

This patch implements an algorithm described in "Visual Tracking of Human Visitors under Variable-Lighting Conditions for a Responsive Audio Art Installation," A. Godbehere, A. Matsukawa, K. Goldberg, American Control Conference, Montreal, June 2012.
This algorithm was used in an interactive installation entitled "Are We There Yet?" at the Contemporary Jewish Museum in San Francisco for 4 months in 2011. (are-we-there-yet.org).

Thank you for the patch, it looks solid, but I'm not sure that we'll have time to review it in a near future... Unfortunately there is no active maintainer for the opencv_video module.
