Description

Currently for BackgroundSubtractorMOG, call to getBackgroundImage() does not return background image.

ok, as Sun Tzu said, if you wait by the river long enough, the bodies of your enemies will float by. We waited for a long time to make this bug obsolete. MOG has been superseded by MOG2, which has this getBackgroundImage() implemented
