Oops, hit save too soon.
User Interface and HighGUI are now 2 different sections of the manual with HighGUI only dealing with kinect.
Since users will look for highgui for interface issues, can we put a link on that page (for user interface issues, go to ...).
In fact, why isn't the kinect page called "kinect and RGBD depth sensors" page?
