Description

I am running OpenCV2.1 on a windows 7 machine using Visual Studio 2010. The simpler routines like cvFlip
work fine but any functions that are a little more complicated like cvSobel or cvLaplace generated a memory
exception. My computer has 8GB of memory and a 1TB disk, is there anything that I am not setting correctly
in the environment?
