Description
Hi Guys, there are several version of opencv installed in my PC. I know the newer version (2.4) has solved the frame seek problem for some formats of the video. However, my test program still returns the wrong result sometimes . I discovered it is because it loads the old version of opencv_ffmpeg.dll. This behavior is annoying. Hope you guys could solve this.
