Why don't opencv have Harris-Laplace and Hessian-Laplace region detector? (Bug #1628)

Description

In issues as follows:
(1).http://code.opencv.org/issues/879
(2).http://code.opencv.org/issues/1053
(3).http://code.opencv.org/issues/820
I can find the implementation of Harris-Laplace and Hessian-Laplace detectors, but I can not find the implementation of HarrisLaplace class, which is a class needed by Harris-Laplace detector.
Could anyone help me with this problem? Thanks.
