Description

One fails if tries to follow a tutorial:
"OpenCV-2.1.0 Visual C++ 2010 on Windows 7"
It appears that paths ("Configure Project Directories") are invalid and/or nonexistent. (and it is not recently updated)
It would be nice if the submitter could repeat step by step of his instructions on a fresh machine with just windows and visual studio installed.

I registered just to submit this bug, I hope someone will get this ticket so new users can begin programming open cv under windows and VS.
