Description

need to implement video writer which is always available and always working properly. Probably, it should be using motion jpeg or mpeg 2 encoder. In any case, the full source code of the encoder should be put into OpenCV to actually make it "always available" and "always working".

let's postpone it till 2.5. Now ffmpeg-based video writer seem to create avi using xvid codec or some others fine, so the problem is not that important.
