you say in some guide i read that there are "scroll bars" in opencv (Bug #1225)

but there are not any.scroll bars that move the image inside the window are really important for a fix size window.an large images.

please add this feature! please! and remove ti from documentation because it doesnt exists!

in this site for example you say Basic GUI (display image/video, keyboard and mouse handling, scroll-bars).

I think, you understand that lecture notes on some site can not be considered official opencv documentation. Hence, false claims there can not be treated as opencv defect.

I created a new enhancement ticket with more appropriate wording regarding this issue: #1229. This ticket is closed as a duplicate
