As of now it does not seem possible to change the compression of saved TIFF images from LZW to none (even when adding this to grfmt_tiff.cpp). It would be very nice if this would be possible as a very old subprogramm of mine requires non-compressed tiffs which can't be used now with OpenCV [[OpenCV]] 2.3.1
