Should have a note about cmake greater than 2.8 required for compilation of 2.4.0 with CUDA.
I could not configure opencv 2.4 with CUDA with 2.8.0, after installing 2.8.1 and all worked fine.

Corrected the willow garage wiki. Minimal required cmake is 2.8.3
